Anxiety & Depression
Helping you notice unhelpful thought patterns, build psychological flexibility, and reconnect with what matters to you.
Are you constantly worried and on edge, or struggling to find meaning in things that used to bring you joy?
Jeremy works with clients experiencing anxiety and depression by combining evidence-based approaches that address both thought patterns and experiential avoidance.
Through CBT, he helps clients identify and challenge the negative automatic thoughts and cognitive distortions that fuel their symptoms, developing more balanced and realistic thinking patterns. He integrates ACT to help clients develop psychological flexibility, learning to observe anxious thoughts and depressive feelings without being controlled by them, while reconnecting with their values and taking committed action even in the presence of discomfort. Jeremy also teaches mindfulness-based meditation and emotional regulation skills, enabling clients to develop present-moment awareness and create space between themselves and their difficult emotions, reducing reactivity and building resilience over time.
