Grief, Loss & Trauma
Working with both body and story to help you process what's happened and find steadier ground.
Struggling after a difficult life event? Overwhelming emotions and sleepless nights don't have to be faced alone.
Jeremy approaches loss, grief, and trauma through a body-mind integration framework that honours both the physiological and psychological dimensions of healing.
Using polyvagal therapeutic approaches and somatic therapy, he helps clients recognise how trauma lives in the body's nervous system, teaching them to regulate their autonomic responses and develop a greater sense of safety and groundedness. Through narrative therapy, Jeremy supports clients in reconstructing their trauma stories in ways that restore agency and separate their identity from their experiences, helping them author new meanings around their loss. He draws on psychodynamic and existential approaches to explore how grief connects to deeper questions of meaning, identity, and attachment, creating space for clients to process complex emotions and integrate their experiences into a coherent sense of self that can accommodate both suffering and growth.
