Relationship & Marriage Counselling

Helping you communicate more effectively, understand each other's needs, moving from blame toward connection.

Feeling disconnected from your partner, or caught in cycles of conflict?

Jeremy works with couples and families by addressing both interpersonal dynamics and underlying attachment patterns that shape relationship distress. Within a foundational framework of Gottman’s Couples therapy Jeremy integrates DBT, family and schema work to help clients recognise how early family experiences and core schemas influence their current relationship patterns, often driving reactive behaviours. He teaches couples how to manage intense emotions during conflict, validate each other's experiences, and negotiate needs assertively while maintaining connection. This combined approach helps partners move from cycles of blame and defensiveness toward greater empathy, accountability, and secure attachment.

Primary modalities:

  • Gottman Couples therapy
